Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at 3Deez. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our business, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Custom 3D-Printed Items: Every item is custom-manufactured or printed on demand (such as our luxury-inspired decor, accessories, and organizers). Because of this production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has begun processing or has shipped.

Final Sale: All purchases of 3D-printed products are strictly final sale.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in producing and packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help:

  • Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Required Proof: Please send an email to support@3deez.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of both the damaged item and the shipping box it arrived in.
  • Resolution: Damaged items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will issue a replacement for the defective part or item. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

3. Shipping Issues

3Deez is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over to them. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
